James believes that Glass Pharms has a key role in delivering a dependable supply of high quality CBPMs to UK patients at a fair price and will be the clear choice for those passionate about quality and protecting the environment.
James holds a BSc, ARCS in Chemistry from Imperial College.

Oli has over 25 years' corporate finance experience with roles looking after multi-billion businesses to small subsidiaries.
An avid technophile, with his own robotic growing environment at home, Oli is excited about the future of pharmaceutical cultivation that Glass Pharms represents.
Oli holds a MA in Economics, Finance and Banking from Université Lumière Lyon 2.

Managing Director
Richard has been working in glasshouses for 38 years and leading operations since 1990. He has experience with a range of crops, most recently tomatoes. Richard has managed up to 50ha of glasshouse at any one time.
Richard was previously running the 8.4ha semi-closed greenhouse for Sterling Suffolk, a similar design to Glass Pharms' new purpose built facility.

Mark has 25 years' experience in communication and team leadership.
He has successfully led strategy on brand development and marketing for a number of start-ups. He is passionate about patient access to plant-based medicines and has worked in the lobbying space to support this since the late 90’s.
Mark holds a MA in Philosophy from Cambridge.

Matt has over 30 year's commercial greenhouse experience supplying a variety of crops to major supermarkets.
Matt has most recently been growing trial pharmaceutical crops in the UK in glasshouse conditions in preparation for advanced production at the new Glass Pharms Facility.
